Field Support Technician / Τεχνικός Υποστήριξης Πεδίου

Overview

The Field Support Technician is responsible for installing hardware, for performing maintenance and for resolving hardware issues which are relevant to the Telematics project.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install new equipment
• Perform routine (preventive) maintenance
• Perform repairs and ad-hoc maintenance
• Communicate and liaise as necessary with stakeholders (customers, users and beyond)
• Collaborate and coordinate activities with other team members and the supervisor
• Prepare reports and documents
• Fill in and maintain valid databases
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues
• Offer suggestions and recommendations
• Perform any other relevant duties
• Comply with organizational policies and regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical School Graduate
• 0-3 years' relevant work experience
• Knowledge of technical tools and techniques
• Technology and/or IT skills an advantage
• PM understanding an advantage
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ethics & Integrity
